Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days via USPS, subject to items being in stock. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Holidays. Tracking will be provided in a confirmation email.

We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check-out procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.

If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

Please note: Due to the global pandemic and during any holiday rush, our shipping provider may experience delays. 

Shipping Delays

Due to Covid and during the holiday season and/or if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if communication is delayed beyond this 14 day period.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We currently only ship to the contiguous USA. We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/ FPO, or PO boxes at this time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 12-24 hours.

Lost & Damaged Shipments

We are committed to our customers and will do everything we can to help mitigate this process,

Lost Packages

Please confirm the shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Wrong or partial addresses could result in delays or lost shipments.

Damaged Packages

All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date by the carrier.

Please note: damages incurred in transit are handled by the carrier and a claim must be submitted ASAP.

If you received your order damaged, please do the following ASAP:

  1. Take as many photos as possible of the damage.
  2. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  3. Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 
  4. Contact us and let us know it arrived damaged with photos at


We use corrugated boxes, bubble mailers, & pack mailers. During summer months, and when orders contain heat-sensitive items, the delivery package may contain foil insulations and a gel ice pack wrapped in plastic to protect from leaks or condensation.
